This ride gets better every year! Start and Finish location for all rides is at the Chester Park on the Feather River (Main St. and W.Willow St.). Registration will also be at Chester Park. We are happy to have musical entertainment for your listening enjoyment, along with the Lake Almanor Elks Lodge's delicious spaghetti feed with dessert. 

Located where the scenic Southern Cascades bump into the gentle Northern Sierras, the Mile High 100 will treat you to a quiet day on the backroads that wander through the lush green forests surrounding Lake Almanor and the Indian Valley.

This is not a race but a collection of tours for cyclists of all abilities. The purpose of this event is to promote recreational bicycling "under the volcano" in the shadow of Northern California's incredible Lassen Peak and scenic beauty of Lake Almanor. Proceeds from this event are invested in organized recreation in the Almanor Basin and help support the Chester/Lake Almanor Chamber of Commerce .
